Addiction Counselor (FT and PT)

This position may be full time or part time. The Addiction Counselor provides ongoing care to clients in an outpatient opiate treatment program (including IOP, OP, OTP, and DWI). This clinic functions collaboratively with outpatient mental health and primary care for truly wraparound treatment. We are looking for team members who are open to innovative thinking, novel approaches to treatment, and making real change in our patients’ lives. Must have addiction counseling certification in good standing, or an appropriate license.


Opiate Treatment (OTP) Dispensing Nurse (FT, PT, or Per Diem)

Responsible for the daily monitoring of patients’ needs and care of all patients reporting to the opiate treatment (OTP) clinic. This person works with the Charge Nurse, Medical Director, and Clinical Program Administrator to assure appropriate medical care of patients. This individual is also responsible for the completeness of all medical aspects of the medical record – including any paper documentation and all entries into the electronic health record. The Dispensing Nurse is responsible for dispensing any medications the clinic may utilize in the treatment of patients; this includes methadone, suboxone, and buprenorphine.


Licensed Mental Health Therapist (FT and PT)

Provide assessment and behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and groups, as well as facilitate partnership strategies with the community. Objectively support the program’s mission for healing, innovation, and an outcome-measured outpatient care philosophy. CCG’s clinic offers state of the art Addiction Treatment, Primary Care, Health Home and Mental Health services in one location. LCPC, LCSW-C or similar required.


IOP and OP Supervisor

The IOP and OP Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the IOP, OP, and DWI Treatment Programs, including the clinical, business, fiscal, clinical segments and plant management and maintenance. This individual may delegate portions of these tasks to others, but ultimate responsibility and authority for compliance with the directions of the Governing Body lie with this individual. This incumbent is responsible for the long and short term planning, program evaluation and compliance with federal, state, local, and independent regulatory statutes.
