Garth Marcial Chief Information Officer
Garth Marcial serves as the Chief Information Officer for Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health. Garth received his Bachelors of Science in Systems (Industrial) Engineering from the University of Virginia. Currently, Garth hails from New Jersey with his wife and their 2 beautiful daughters. During his spare time, he loves to play golf and volunteer at Interfaith Hospitality Network.
For over 15 years, Garth Marcial has been an accomplished global IT executive with Board experience, excelling in high profile leadership roles where he has made a substantial positive impact on the performance, operating margins, and market share of his brands. His aptitude for leveraging vision and mission to drive performance excellence is differentiated by an ability to consistently drive results within the most challenging, complex environments, frequently transforming inefficient groups into cohesive, dedicated teams that achieve unprecedented results.
Garth started his career at Johnson & Johnson, where he advanced to various VP/Head of IT positions. He managed budgets of over $100 million and led multiple IT teams of over 100 employees in implementations that enabled successful strategies for operating companies with over $3 billion in revenues. Garth’s work earned him the CIO Award for Excellence in Leadership. His accomplishments include reducing IT expense management by 15% while increasing customer satisfaction by 15% and delivering globally on 97% of the projects while achieving stated benefits.
Garth has also served as the Head of IT/Global Process Data Lead at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where he was entrusted with creating and driving IT carve-out implementation plans to allow the company to become a standalone business. He led the global strategy of e-Connectivity environment, enabling predictive analytics for dispatching of field engineers to customer sites before an issue occurs, driving increased analyzer uptime to 99%. Recently, Garth served as the CIO for Simply Beautiful Smiles (SBS) and as an IT Executive consultant for Community Veterinary Partners. At SBS he established and executed plans to integrate office locations without business disruptions and led the development of their business intelligence data warehouse.
