Your Mental Health Matters — And We’re Here to Help
We may have difficult feelings or thoughts in response to the experiences we’re facing, or have faced, in life. Or we may have thoughts and feelings that bother us and have no known cause.
Outpatient Mental Health Services at CCG
At Concerted Care Group (CCG), our outpatient mental health services help you manage your emotional well-being and build resilience. Just like physical health, mental wellness requires ongoing care. In therapy, our patients learn practical skills and techniques to better manage stress, emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges.
A Collaborative Team of Experts
Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatric providers, licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers. Each clinician brings specialized expertise—ranging from trauma-informed care and family therapy to grief counseling and mood disorder support. We provide both individual and group therapy, as well as psychotropic medication management when clinically appropriate.
Customized Care Plans for Each Patient
Many others engage in both mental health and substance use treatment and experience additive benefits from a whole person approach. We believe everyone’s mental health matters, and we encourage everyone to find the path to mental well-being that works for them. Some may prefer interactive groups where community can be built, and stories shared. Others may want to engage in supportive activities on the home front. Mental health status is assessed in an ongoing fashion at CCG to assure no one has unaddressed needs.
Affordable and Accessible Mental Health Care
We proudly accept insurance and other financial options, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Self-Pay for all outpatient mental health services. Getting the care you need shouldn’t be complicated or out of reach.
