Your Well Being Is Our Primary Goal.
The adage “the only constant is change” applies to treatment and recovery. There’s enormous value in consistency. At the same time, we don’t want you to get stuck in one place.
“Everyone at the front desk is very helpful. My mental health provider is very easy to talk to. I never feel rushed, and she always listens to what I have to say. I’ve loved my counselor since day one. She has never given up on me. She checks up on me when I’m home, gets on me when needed, and all around cares about my recovery. She obviously cares about me because she is available at any time and never makes me feel less than or judged. My counselor has worked with me through my goals and accomplishments, such as getting a job and a car. She has supported me through the loss of my fiancé and the anniversary date of losing my son. I feel totally supported. CCG is an overall wonderful program.” — Amanda
We constantly evaluate your treatment plan to ensure it’s in sync with your recovery. If it’s time to step down to a less intensive level of treatment, that’s what we recommend. If issues arise during treatment and you need to move to a higher level of treatment, then we help you do just that. We know your treatment needs to flex and adapt to ensure our approach matches your needs and current situation.
How Your Individual Plan Works
We start with a plan that we create in collaboration with you. The contours of the plan become clear in the initial stages of your recovery. Because we offer many levels of care, the exact length of time it takes to develop a fully fleshed out plan varies by the individual. Patients at all levels of care will receive an individualized plan based on their preferences and readiness with evidence-based treatment approaches that we can implement immediately.
Your plan will include what’s important to you: your physical and medical needs, your social circumstances, and all the things in your life that impact or support your recovery. We won’t overwhelm you by working on everything at once, but we will take the whole picture approach as we choose the next step together.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and Self-Pay patients.
