Description

Concerted Care Group is currently seeking an innovative and highly skilled Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a leadership role in our growing integrated health organization.

CCG’s mission is to empower every individual with the ability to improve the quality of their life through comprehensive, integrated, and evidence-based addiction treatment, primary care and social services.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal, managerial and clinical skills.

Duties

  • Provide evaluation and treatment to an assigned caseload of patients in an outpatient community mental health setting
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and individual therapy
  • Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines
  • Recommend interventions to modify behaviors associated with health risks
  • Refer patients as necessary based upon diagnosis and assessment
  • Engage in community education, outreach and referral generation
  • Ensure programmatic compliance of behavioral health program
  • Oversee and provide clinical guidance for all mental health therapists and vocational specialists in delivery of care
  • Ensure guidance and training of staff in quality of care and development of skills for care provision
  • Provide services to an urban and suburban patient population
  • Inform CCG care model improvement efforts
  • Inform CCG investments in technology and delivery model innovation

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in Addiction Psychiatry desirable but not required
  • Sufficient knowledge of the population and service delivery in Baltimore City to successfully ensure programmatic delivery of services
  • Maryland Medical, DEA and other required Practice Licenses
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary staff
  • Computer skills and Electronic Health Record familiarity
  • Exceptional efficiency
