Kathy Feigly: I’m thrilled to be part of CCG Hagerstown because we’re revolutionizing behavioral health treatment. We’re not just offering services; we’re changing the way treatment looks and feels. The impact we’re creating will reach far and wide, helping clients who transfer from other centers and those who are new to treatment. We’re committed to providing a positive, stable, and welcoming environment where people feel supported from the moment they walk in the door. Our goal is to admit clients into treatment the same day they come in, with a smile and a can-do attitude.

How is CCG Hagerstown different from other treatment centers?

Kathy: CCG Hagerstown is truly unique. We offer options, resources, and support not just for our clients but also for their families, who may be struggling to find adequate care. We’re here to change what’s acceptable in behavioral health care by giving our community the treatment it deserves. Our team has a blank canvas to get treatment right, and we’re dedicated to making a positive impact on everyone involved.

What makes the location of CCG Hagerstown special?

Kathy: Our location is designed with accessibility in mind. Last week, new clients mentioned how much easier it is to focus on getting help without having to travel to a crowded area or “up town.” We’re accessible to the County Commuter, and we even help clients get a bus pass if needed. If a client needs to transfer from another program, we send an Uber to pick them up. Soon, we’ll have a van service to transport clients to and from treatment, making it even easier for them to access the care they need.

Can you tell us more about the treatment center itself?

Kathy: The treatment center is huge, clean, and designed to maximize service space while minimizing wait times. The building is laid out to accommodate growth and ensure that clients receive the best care possible. Our medication windows are private and secure, and our virtual group room is equipped to provide state-of-the-art telehealth Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. Who makes up the treatment team at CCG Hagerstown?

Kathy: Our treatment team was handpicked by CCG leadership and consists of local addiction professionals who are deeply committed to client-centered care. These professionals have established reputations in the community and are dedicated to providing consistent, individualized care. They work hard to meet the needs of our clients and are passionate about making a difference in their lives.

What services does CCG Hagerstown offer?

Kathy: We offer a comprehensive range of services, starting with FDA-approved medications for Opiate Use Disorder, including Methadone (the Gold Standard in Medication-Assisted Recovery), Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol injections. But that’s just the beginning. We also provide Individual and Group Counseling, Peer Services, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Mental Health Counseling, and Mental Health Medication.

How easy is it for someone to get started with treatment at CCG Hagerstown?

Kathy: It’s incredibly easy! You can literally walk in the front door. Admissions and transfers are accepted Monday through Thursday from 5 AM to 12 PM, and we’ll soon be accepting Friday admissions as well. If you have any questions, just call us.
